Postpartum Care Packages
I service Kaipara, New Zealand. This is holistic Mother-centred postpartum care. The main focus is the nourishment of Mama, supporting her to optimally heal after pregnancy and birth and to witness, hold and celebrate her through her transition into Motherhood (for the 1st or 5th time). I have several packages available, ranging from four weeks care postpartum to 12 care weeks postpartum. Each includes two pregnancy visits.

In need of some extra support postpartum? Or interested in giving a new Mother the gift of nourishment?
Held By Nature food packages include postpartum specific meals, nourishing sweet treats & delicious elixirs. Meals are mostly organic, easy to digest and made specifically to support Mother's body in healing. I am an advocate for animal based foods for adequate healing, but feel free to speak with me about vegetarian options, allergies or intolerances.
Some examples of meals on my menu are moroccan slow cooked lamb and rice, postpartum ginger congee, spiced red lentil and pumpkin soup and warming ginger, chicken and vegetable soup. Sweet treats include cacao almond bliss balls, buttery spiced postpartum rice pudding, spiced spelt cookies, cacao kumara brownie. Elixirs include ginger, rose, chamomile and maple infusion, nettle infusion, creamy spiced cacao, ginger, rose and maple infusion, lemon balm infusion.
This makes a great gift for a new Mother. Instead of baby shower gifts, get together with some others and gift a new Mother the gift of nourishment.
Investment
Package One: Two main meals (6-8 serves each), two sweet treats (12ish serves) and two elixirs (one litre each) = $350
